An Exploration on Cult Mentality

Growing up on the internet has lead me down some weird habit holes. From religion, trends, activism and conversation I have seen it all online. As I have gotten older I have started questioning what I see online. I have started questioning the meaning behind things and true intent. It seams like every single day there is a new political or professional group being promoted online. While these communities seam helpful, I have started to question the true intentions of these organizations? The group is a fictional group that was created to educate the public about cult mentality. A cult is most often referred to as an organized group or solitary person whose purpose is to dominate other cult members through psychological manipulation and pressure strategies. This can often be over looked since these cults are despised as a community or group. By using quizzes, posters, and exhibition design the viewer will be immersed in the experience of figuring out if The group is a cult.
